Connection Post 1

In the very beggining of the semester we learned about different kinds of mergers. I found this chapter interesting because I work at Wells Fargo and we recently went through a merger with Wachovia. I could relate to this topic in that we are both banks, we merged, and all Wachovias will now turn into Wells Fargo's. I liked that I got to have an "insider" look into the whole merger process, and the exact mechanics of what really happens and how the companies are changed.
