Refelctions post 3

In class we have recently been talking about the management process, what skills a manager needs, how to create an organization and the structure of the organizations, and how to attract and motivates employees. I find the motivating the employees the most interesting since at work i slack and don't put as much towards the job as i could. I look around and see others slacking and I dont see the point of giving 100% effort.
