Reflections post 3

Lately in class we have been discussing the different responsibilities of management and the different levels of management.  We also discussed employee motivational and how it affects productivity.  I really enjoyed learning about the unusual company culture of Google, and Zappos.  If only all companies could support similar atmospheres...  The most important thing we have discussed, in my opinion, would probably be the various laws that have been created to protect workers. (OSHA, etc.)
