Recently in class we talked about management, which includes delegating tasks, creating a plan of action, as well as discussing the different levels of management. We have also discussed how the motivation of employees is a large part of what makes someone continue to want to work. Google has the best environment for its employees to work in, by far. It keeps them busy but allows them to have fun, which motivates them to work because they want to keep their jobs. I think Google rules, and I'm glad they're taking over the world one day at a time.
