Reflections post 3

The past couple of chapters has been really easy to relate to my work life. It showed the different levels of management and how much responsibility they have at each level. We also went over how companies are organized and how most are very different from each other. We went over what some consequences of what would happen if they broke the federal laws. this relates to my work in how i dont give as much credit to my boss when he has more responsibilities than i expected. this class helps me put things in perspective and use it to my advantage at work.
