Reflections Post 3

In class we have been talking about the different levels of management in companies and what each level is responsible for. We have also seen how different companies motivate their employees to try and keep their creativity up. I have enjoyed watching how Google and Zappos do this for their employees by having a fun laid back work environment. I believe that that kind of culture will make employees happier and more productive and personally think it is a great idea.
